Everything went very fast and was efficient, I didn’t have to worry about getting an appraisal or an inspection since that was scheduled for me. There was constant communication throughout the entire process.

I was the listing agent for this transaction so my client wasn't directly involved with the lender. However, there were a number of things that I needed to communicate with Stacy and her team about and they were very responsive and helpful.
