The process seemed long and grueling, but at the end when I looked back over the process I could see that the realtor and mortgage team took the bulk of the work and made it a lot easier for me to go through the process. They were very kind and patient, they made me feel confident that they had my back.

Process was ok. I had to call before closing to get my rate locked in. Felt like this should have been on the loan team. May have got a higher interest rate because of this. Kept having to send the same documents multiple times even up to the day before closing
