Communication was excellent. I received prompt replies to calls and emails. My questions were answered in a timely manner. I cannot stress enough how important this is. Also, and this is a BIG deal: everyone was patient and polite. I never felt as if I was getting rushed to get off the phone, when I asked questions. The progress indicator on the emails was good. I like that kind of metric. I will be happily recommending Adam and his team at AnnieMac to my family and friends.

Silas and his team (Jeff and Coralis) did an excellent job communicating with me and making the financial portion of the transaction go smoothly. They also communicated critical information to me that others at a different company failed to pass along. I appreciate that Silas and Jeff talked to me professionally and reassuringly during a particularly tense moment when the closing date was rescheduled for the second time. I was in a better frame of mind after speaking with both of them.

Adam explained every step of the process before it happened, made us aware of all of our options, and gave insightful advice on the advantages and disadvantages of those options. He proactively called to check in periodically and never left us wondering. At other institutions I've often been treated as a burden or nuisance for merely trying to receive a basic service that was advertised. But with Adam at Annie Mac I always felt like a valued customer whose individual needs matter.
