I would have preferred to be in contact more with my loan officer. I understand that times are different now due to Covid. But as a first time homebuyer I would have appreciated way more interaction and advise.

I've worked with Adam once before when I originally purchased my home, and he was just as amazing during my refinance as he was during the original purchase. He was easy to talk to, very informative, and also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.
I worked at a bank in the past, and all I ever heard was how complicated and stressful mortgages were to get and close on. My experience was the exact opposite - Adam made everything a breeze!
