The only reason it was not a 5 is that we did not hear back on the appraisal. Neither the listing agent or I were informed as to whether it had appraised I ended up getting that from my buyer. Also more regular updates on the progress of the loan would be helpful. Everything did go smoothly and of course it closed on time which is what really matters. Also, the buyers who are ultimately the customer, were happy with their rate and never haf any negative issues whatsoever! Thanks so much
