Mr. Adam gave us the hope to buy our first house in SC. When we thought we had to wait 2 years of working time in SC, he made it happened in 10 months and of course we had great credit which that made it easier also but with his expertise in the loan area he was able to give us the opportunity to own our first farmhouse in South Carolina.

Communication from Stacy and Kaitlin was good. I think it was Carlos (sp?!) who I did not appreciate as much. Just short and not overly helpful when I would ask for status updates.
And the loan closed late which is always hard when managing the seller side. I know lots of variables were outside Stacy’s control so I do not fault you for that.

Communication was not good. Seemed as if the team was not on one accord I’d send something to processor that they requested then be asked for it again by underwriting. I called several times and never received a return call so I’d have to email then would get a response a few days later after a follow up email. My client made it to closing but the communication could have been a lot better.
